The Malta Chess Federation offers a number of services and activities to its members:

 

Chess Club

The Malta Chess Federation's premises are at The Hut, St. Ignatius' College, Tal-Handaq, Qormi. The club will be open to chess enthusiasts during tournament games organised at these premises. Do feel free to visit us! If you come, you are likely to find an opponent of your strength and enjoy a number of chess games in a friendly atmosphere.

 

Tournaments

Members can qualify to discounts in tournaments fees organised by the Federation.

Also please note that being a paid-up member is a requirement for a number of events, including the National championship cycle, the Junior U20 championship, playing on the Malta team in international team events, and being eligible to take up the MCF's international invitations.

 

Magazine

The Malta Chess Federation publishes a magazine, which includes the latest chess news from both the local and international scene.
